Do you think we will be approved for a mortgage?

We are going to be applying for a pre approval for a home loan. I was just wondering what you guys think our chances are of us actually getting it. I am a 25 year old male, I make about 2000-2500 a month between two jobs. I have no current loans but I will once school is over. My credit score is low 700's. She has 25K saved up for the down payment, her credit score is mid to high 700's. she has no current loans, and makes about 2500-3000. We are not married but engaged.
