I really really dislike my mother what should I do?

Where to start..there's no talking to her because she always end up saying something negative in a conversation..she comes home everyday and yells at me for different things..if nothings wrong she'll look for a reason to snap at me..she checks my facebook wall 24/7 and yells at me for things she doesn't like.whenever I leave she blows up up my cell fone yelling at me for different reasons..I know I'm a good person,I'm 18 fresh outta high school and in summer school in college and have been working for a year..I loan her tons of money for grocery..etc I believe when she looks at me she's really disappointed and hates what she sees
