Guarantor home loan can the guarantor remove themselves with out our signing?

hi needing some info please , me and my partner brought a house with the help of my inlaws going guarantor for us , we have since had a falling out over family matters and they are threatening to sell the property they guaranteed our house on will we lose our house if they sell theirs we have only had the loan for 4 mths
